Company History
Dulin Mechanical is a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning business that has been providing the ultimate in customer service to its family of clients in the greater Charlotte area for nearly 50 years. In 1962, Joe “Neal” Dulin, Sr. started a small heating and air conditioning service in Mint Hill, NC. Today the Dulin name has become synonymous with heating and cooling. Neal’s son, Joey Dulin, currently owns and operates Dulin Mechanical and is proud to be a part of this family legacy. Joey embraces Dulin’s rich history while simultaneously leading the company into the future by staying abreast of new technologies through education. Mr. Dulin and his staff participate in continuing education courses, HVAC training classes and seminars. In 2007, Dulin was the first company in Charlotte to install a “Green” HVAC system that uses the ground temperature to cool the refrigerant. Joey’s focus on conserving energy and preserving our environment continues to be an important part of the future of Dulin Mechanical.
Dulin Mechanical is currently located in Cabarrus County serving the greater Charlotte area in its needs of residential and commercial heating and cooling. Dulin Mechanical is a Trane Comfort Specialist, a designation that only few dealers possess. In 2008, Dulin Mechanical received the Angie’s List 2007 Super Service Award, an award bestowed to a select few that maintain the BEST customer service reports. Dulin has also received several awards from Trane in regards to training and customer service. Dulin Mechanical remains successful today due to the company’s continuous effort to retain each customer through professional employee performance, quality products, exceptional management, and first-rate service; the same guiding principles that Dulin was founded upon nearly 50 years ago.
