We perform a heat gain, heat loss load calculation on each new home installation so that the HVAC equipment is sized correctly for each home. Also our installers take bi-annual classes on proper installation techniques and efficient ways to complete an installation.
Our installation manager oversees the installation from the beginning to the end to ensure that every aspect of the install goes according to plan. Quality control and customer satisfaction are very important to us.
Mr. Dulin meets with the general contractor, the architect, and the homeowner to discuss details pre-installation so that all concerns are addressed upfront and to assist in the design process.
At the end of every installation, our installation manager reviews the completed job with the new homeowner to explain the operation of the system specifically the thermostat.
