Our Team

Owner & President:  Joey Dulin

Joey has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry.  Joey comes from a long line of HVAC mechanics beginning with his grandfather.  He began working as a helper at a very young age with his dad, Neal Dulin, in his heating and air business.  At the age of 20, he had obtained both his H-3 class 1 and H-2 licenses from the state of North Carolina.  By the age of 22, he was managing the business on his own.  His experience in the HVAC field ranges in both residential and commercial.

Operations Manager:  Dawn Dellinger

Dawn brings over 30 years of experience from the construction and real estate field to DMS, Inc.  She has been a valuable employee to Dulin Mechanical since its beginning.   She is a graduate of Kings Business College.  Prior to working in the construction field, she worked as a legal secretary for one of Charlotte’s most elite attorneys and was a real estate salesperson.  Her extensive knowledge of the law, sales and accounting are essential to the daily operation of DMS, Inc.

Install Manager: Steve Dellinger

Steve recently rejoined Dulin Mechanical as the Installation Manager.  He brings to the company 28 years experience in the HVAC industry.  While he was away from Dulin Mechanical, he was a manufacturer’s representative for products and equipment for the industry.  Steve’s knowledge and expertise in the HVAC industry will benefit our company as well as assure our customers of the best installation and service possible.

Installation Coordinator: Jesse Reaves

Jesse has been with Dulin since November 2006. He recently graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College in 2007 with a diploma in Heating and Air Conditioning with a 3.8 cumulative GPA over the 2 years he was there. He is now the full-time install coordinator and service dispatcher with Dulin, getting all of your jobs ready to go.

Sales / Maintenance Coordinator:  Lisa Boone

Lisa began working part-time performing general office duties for Mechanical Contractors in downtown Charlotte at age 15.  After graduating high school, she became full-time and worked as a service dispatcher for 7 years.  Then she went to work for another HVAC company as a sales coordinator on a part-time basis while her children were small.  In 2006, Lisa came to work for Dulin Mechanical as a full-time sales/maintenance coordinator and service dispatcher.
