Our company got its start as a small heating and air conditioning service, founded by Joe “Neal” Dulin, Sr., in Mint Hill, NC in 1962. In the early years, with precision, skill and good, old-fashioned customer service, Neal began painstakingly building our company’s sterling reputation as a dependable HVAC contractor — one satisfied customer, one successfully completed project, and one unsolicited referral at a time.
Today, Neal’s son Joey Dulin has taken over the reins as company owner and operator and is proud to build on the company’s rich history while carrying his father’s legacy into the future by embracing excellence, staying abreast of the latest technologies, and making continuing education and HVAC training a regular part of his and his staff’s professional routine.
Two of our key values are conserving energy and preserving our environment. One way we’ve demonstrated these values is by becoming the first heating and air conditioning company in Charlotte to complete a “green” HVAC installation: a system that uses ground temperature to cool the refrigerant.
We also believe in offering first-rate service and professional employee performance at all times, providing a quick response to customer needs, and never resorting to high-pressure sales tactics, but rather always treating our customers fairly and honestly.

Our memberships include the BBB (Better Business Bureau), Cabarrus County Home Builders and Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce.
Our awards include the Angie’s List Super Service Award, won each year from 2007 through 2016. This award recognizes a select few HVAC contractors who maintain the BEST customer service reports. We’ve also earned awards from Trane for the largest sales volume for our service area every year from 2005 through 2015. These awards were earned in addition to the Trane awards we’ve earned in the areas of training and customer service.
